After some delay because of a neighbor’s complaints, we can finally update you that we will restart our construction works next Monday 13/06/2022. Link to the pictures of the project you can find here link.
What is, for the moment, still available:– 2 offices in our business center in the center of Petrich: one is 35 square meters, the second is 60 square meters. Both are located on the second floor and each their own bathroom.*update 10/07/2022: the 35 square meter office has been rented out.
Both are at 5.5 leva per square meter for rent per month (without VAT).
Also, the whole basement is available. Around 230 square meters for warehouse purposes.
