We are delighted to let you know that we concluded with the concrete works (akt 14) and are now starting with the bricks so we can order the windows and start with the internal works of the building (water, electricity and so on). What is for the moment still available:
– 2 offices in our business center in the center of Petrich: one is 35 square meters, the second is 60 square meters. Both are located on the second floor and have each their own bathroom.
*update 10/07/2022: the 35 square meters office has been rented out.
Both are at 5.5 leva per square meter for rent per month (without VAT).
Also, the whole basement is available. Around 230 square meters for warehouse purposes.
*update 31/03/2023: the office of 60 square meters has been rented out but probably another office will soon come free.
